Default Gazapacho

Lucky,
What ever happened to Gazpacho owner Joe Barro? When I was a kid, he always took time to talk about Racing etc. He also let us hop aboard during the Raceboat parades. He is partly to blame for my addiction to racing! I have pics of that boat from the late 1970's or early 80's, but I don't have a scanner to post them.
Do you remember when Gazpacho was sold to Jeff Galente? The boat was named "Outlaw" and was stolen from East Dover Marina, and never recovered.

Ahh, remember it well. Haven't heard from Joe in a long time. Bill LeMort was our navigator. He lives down here in Boca Raton, FL. Really enjoined running that Mirage that year. Had a lot of good times. Lived in Brick Town, NJ back then.

Thanks for posting the pics! That was from the "good old days" with only four classes, Open, Sport, Modified and Production.

Ryan,

Was the boat up and running at the time. This guy said that it runs and drives but no int. I'm guessing that with the number of people looking for project boats, if this has been around for a year or two, its no bargain...

Thanks for the info-Bryan

OK, a little trivia,
Who can name the boat in post 15, not "Lil Rhino", the boat in the back ground?
