Good thread. I'll post mine when I get home. Tribal with a water theme on my lower back. It's my first and only so far. It takes me a long time to make my mind up on things. I don't want just any ink work...

As for pain, I'm not a big guy and a few times during my 2 1/2 stint I almost involuntarily jumped up to clock the guy doing the work. He was at least twice my size... I might have gotten one shot in.

It does hurt, but if you fear pain that much, you don't deserve one.

I finally got the tattoo I've been wanting for so long. I got it on Mother's day. I admit, I was chicken for nothing. It never hurt. It's on my right shoulder blade. It's a dolphin jumping out of a wave, with a sunset behind him.
