Nice.
When my heads where worked over last year, the builder filled the exhaust port crossovers with alum and then blended it with the rest of the chamber. (That would be the hole in picture #3) Not sure if it helped any, but looked good in theory. Don't need no stinkin carb preheat on no race boat! :)

Hey Rag,I did heads for 20 years,if those intakes are the Heavy tuliped valves ,i would put them in my anchor locker, they are spring killers. buy some super dutys or anything else. tripps

Buy Tuliped do you mean undercut from the steam to the body of the valve? Because these are not under cut I think the stain from use does kinda make them look that way in the photo. The valves are the stock Eatons that came in them as they were Mercruser Magnum heads. If I am still missing your point fell fre to chime in agian as I appreciate any and all imput. Rag's

Marty good question, unfortionitly I dont have a good answer, besides alot better thatn the small valve penut port heads that were on the motor. My machine shop guy was leaving to vegas for 3 weeks and I did not want to wait tell after he gets back to take them to his freind that has a flow bench. Rag's :D
