fenders and lines

they're bumpers when attached to a dock, fenders when they're on a boat

It's Bumpers and Ropes !!!

Fenders, unless you hang unrully children over the side, then they are bumpers.

I call 'em fenders and lines but I don't hold it against anyone who calls 'em sumpin' else... :D

It's all good as long as the boat gets tied up properly!!!! :p

No, my wife is used to fend off the dock, the fenders are there in case she screws up :D

Bumpers sound to weekend warrior-ish.
