Dads birthday is coming up....He is wanting some stuff for his new Vette, 1988. Does anyone know where to get good pricing on a crossover pipe and new mufflers? What would you all suggest? Also, what does everyone think of those Throttle Body Airfoils? Supposed to smoothe out incoming air better for a 11.8hp gain? Does that sound right? Worth buying for 30 bucks?

Got one! He is looking for things to get better fas mileage (on a vette, WTF??) so any power adders that will give better mileage too? Chips? He keeps talking about that tornado thingey....Is that just marketing BS?

Gas mileage? tell him to sell it then!.. its a SPORTS CAR who CARES! hehe.... I didnt really go for better mileage, so Cant help you there... I did put the air foil in, as well as a K&N filter... and some other minor mods... mostly for looks not performace.

Get a high flow Cat. My company sells them as a direct fit. PM or email if interested. I'll sell it to you much cheaper than Mid America or most likely anyone else.

add catback exhaust , k+n filter and hyper tech chip, worked nice on my 1985!!
