I could be wrong, but I can remember reading in one of the magazines that Billy said something like he was greatful that Joey never got him wet. I didn't know they went over.

I believe it is. The pic is from a SCOPE Photo Shoot day taking place just outside the break in Long Beach.

This was the first time for Billy and the fifth time for Pepe, his throttleman.

Get the new issue of Extreme Boats Mag for a fun interview with Billy after he dried off.
