put a scatter sheild in the engine compartment if your going to turn big blocks that high of rpm for very long. YEEEHAAA.

From a previous video thead:
"Was that your engine?" "Here's another humongous piece of block." LOL, sounds kicken! |
Merlin Lets see That ran 100-110mph before. You added almost 3x more horsepower. So speed should be 300-330mph, right?

it has crower hipo lifters and isky enduance springs. i hope to get 75 hrs before pulling some maint. as you know skaters want a lot of rpm to run the number and i built this to race/poker runs only. i will use my american offshore to run every day. i just dont know about 3 blades verses 4 blades?????????
|
Man that thing is going to sound crazy at those RPMs :D Why do Skaters like to be run at high RPM's vs different gear ratio? That is interesting to hear.

Audio is right change gears and get the prop shaft speed up the boat only cares if the props are buzzing I guess they most likly don't care about the motor ,but I would not turn the motors that hard ,,I really would not even for poker runs ,just gear it please !!!
Again I 'm just voicing my experence 02 cents worth don't take it wrong ,,get a cam that mkes power lower so it'll live forever :D :D Or carry a basket for the parts :( :( :( |
