APBA Bod Who's in charge?

So....if I'm doing the math right

LLC owes APBA $31,000 plus $49,000 = $80,000 overall.

APBA owes LLC $22,000 AFTER the above is paid.

Therefore $80,000 minus $22,000= $58,000 needed by LLC to fulfill obligation.

Is that the gist of the financial issue?

That doesn't include any memberships taken since the worlds 2002. Since then not even the membership applications have been sent to Detroit.

That's a small part of the gist.

Wasn't there something in another thread about roughly half a million that APBA Detroit overcharged/withheld from the LLC?

Sort of shifts the balance a little.

Plus I don't understand the "inaction on the by-laws" excuse. That's like me telling the bank that I don't owe them on my mortgage anymore because I had my fingers crossed when I signed the paperwork.

Why not ask the two LAWYERS, Mike A. and Lee M. About lack of funds I bet there pockets are well butter'ed!!
