Just did the same thing on 5/2.
Ditto on the frozen peas, did that for about a day.
No big deal, the worst part was really the fact that my doc was an hour behind that day. Pretty ironic, go from sweating bullets to shooting blanks!

Every thing went good, went home and laid down took pain pills, drank vodka and used ice............a little sore today but not bad. I'm just gonna take it easy for a couple a more days and I should be ready to roll soon.

Just remember no lifting for 2-3 weeks. You will feel good after 3-7 days but you can still hurt them. Glad everything went well! Good luck!
