Ok who's going to be down at the lake early in the week. the wife and i decided to take next week off and go to the lake. ill be computerless after friday so im sure il miss the big plans thread.
Any plans for a big dicks run? dock Knocker, horny toad .

Well the long range forcast means nothing. Last week it was sun and mis 70's forcasted for this week. We had sun monday and clouds and some rain yesterday and some of the same for today.

The weather pattern has been 1 sunny day followed by 4 cloudy days with 1-2 of those with rain or thunderstorms. I don't know what it is going to take to break this pattern. Weather.com has 10% chance of rain todaya and it was sprinkling when I was out walking the dog. :rolleyes:

If I was betting I would say expect it to be much like last year 1 crappy day one OK day and 1 beautiful day. That is my prediction.

Still hoping to be down.............gotta get a switch for sunday though, if I can't I'll prolly be down friday morning, Saturday and leave early Sunday morning.

Well looks like i'm in on this trip! :D gonna be at the Lazy Days staying with that 28Cig ss i just redid....i'll also be towing down two waverunners (lake lice) one as a spare and one of which has tunes!!! :cool: That one will be my recon boat for the weekend! :D :D

last year they stayed at millstone and met a group of guys in a big fountain from chicago within 30 minutes of arriving.

Head under the bridge like you are going to partycove, the Condo is on the right as you make the big u-turn around the point heading to the cove. It is real easy to find, if you get to party cove you went too far. It is past the park launch cove on the same side

Obnoxus21, Lazy Days is right around the corner from the cove. if you leave party cove and turn left its the first cove you come to on the left hand side...thats fromt he water.

S.O. If your worried about finding the place by land.....just stay on 54. Is your coming from the north going south bound you will drive across teh grnad glaze bridge, go through town and when you pass the McDonalds start to look for the sign...the entrance is right next to some country western place. Lazy Days has their own ramp to launch from. :D
If you coming from the south...then if you pass the McDonalds and go into town you have gone too far.....there are nice big signs for the place so just keep your eyes open :)

Thanks Wally! I didn't figure it would be too hard to find. We've been all over Osage, and are pretty familiar with that area.

On a slighly different subject, I might be keeping the boat at the lake through the summer. I am inquiring about storage that would be able to in and out the boat for me. I would like to be relatively close to the airport;) .
Any ideas or suggestions, pm me. thanks.
