dumb q about throttle mounted trim switches?

Default dumb q about throttle mounted trim switches?

Can you buy the add on trim switches that clamp on to the throttle levers with 2 switches in them

The only ones that I have ever seen have just had one switch.

If so where is a good place to buy them and what ahould I expect to pay for one?
