Affects of weight and humidity on speed??

Since it is near impossible to test things under the exact same conditions, are there a few “rule of thumb” formulas for seeing the affect of humidity, weight, and RPM on MPH? Basically how do each of these affect MPH? **FOR EXAMPLE ONLY** - for every 10% increase in humidity you will lose 20hp, or every 100lbs = a loss or gain of 1mph. For every 100RPM’s you will lose or gain 1mph.

HUMinity takes the avalable oxgen out of the air and makes the mixture rich and there goes your power ,weight depend on hull !!:D

100lb for 1 mph.....2500/100=25. I might actually run 75 ;)
