Question Affects of weight and humidity on speed??

Since it is near impossible to test things under the exact same conditions, are there a few “rule of thumb” formulas for seeing the affect of humidity, weight, and RPM on MPH? Basically how do each of these affect MPH? **FOR EXAMPLE ONLY** - for every 10% increase in humidity you will lose 20hp, or every 100lbs = a loss or gain of 1mph. For every 100RPM’s you will lose or gain 1mph.

100lb for 1 mph.....2500/100=25. I might actually run 75
