actually it was not...the name came from kevin blake...one of my BEST friends and training partner for many years! the quote was used by may generals throughout time to fire the troops up!...some days it was really hard getting out of bed and giving a 110%...he not only was right there to kick me in the ass in the gym,,,,but there whenever i needed him in life too...it's more about getting up when your beat down...exceeding expectations...taking the bold line...maybe one day i will feel i have done something...but for now all i can do is look for the next boldest line...

Bashing is when you grab a bat and beat the living daylights out of some idiot who just went thru the no wake zone that your boat was tied up in and sent the boat up on the dock. This would also apply to an idiot in an auto who cut you off or hit you. Otherwise free speech is free speech and anything on this Board is constructive criticism
