Nor-Tech - awesome boats

Catman, I'm uncertain at this exact point what I'm going to do, the 37 A.T. has got to go. If I were to do it, I would pick the 4300, with a pair of Quad Whipple Rotor Motors from Total Marine and Performance with a pair of #6's. I like Nor-Techs standard set up with the side by side bolsters, large 3 tiered stepped carbon fiber dash, and the retractable rear bench behind the front bolsters. As to the vehicle, I just sold my Gmc Duramax, and ordered a 6.0 litre Powerstroke Dually. I will have to get with Boot, to chip this bad boy, cause stock aint my style
I'll let you know in a few weeks, Ive got a few people looking at the Thunder

I know that Nor-Tech builds a nice boat, and all builders use a certain amount of wood. But I must say i have never seen that much wood at a boat factory since the early 80's.I would be afraid of future rot problems.

Massive, I guess everyone has their theory on how to build a boat, where I saw plywood being used was at the transom. If you look closely, typically a builder runs his plywood bulkhead at the transom first, then butts up his stringers and glasses into place, what I noticed is the transom bulkhead was notched into the stringers and then glassed into place, in my eyes it keeps the boat from twisting or stringers coming loose. As to the rest, that would be for Terry or Tron to anwser, I believe the only wood was on me

Jeff, why don't you just order a new 50 foot Magnum with Detroit Deisels and Surface drives? You'll get awesome speeds, range and a huge cabin. Yeah, yeah I like that idea. In fact, I'll drive it for you just to keep it running on a regular basis while you're working to pay it off!!!
