a few years ago I was shopping for the exact same type of boat. I really liked the 33'Donzi ZX. Unfortunately I'm not in the position to be shopping right now, but I bet they could be found at a reasonable price (I haven't even looked recently).
Just another boat to throw into the equation...

All the above mentioned are great choices & loaded with amenities for overnighting like you are after. The 31 Sonic, 312 Formula, 320 SeaRay Sundancer, Donzi ZX, Powerquest & Sunsation all have heads, plenty of cockpit & cabin storage, privacy shower, sinks/galley/counter-top areas w/freshwater systems for these items, some have stove-tops, refrigerators,etc...The Powerplay has none of these as standard equipment. Not to mention, the others have a legimate dealer networking in place for warranty & service. Ed
