It has to due with the fact that the peninsula it it is on has a big hill and not much cover, or at least that is that the way it peninsula was when the marina opened.
As for it being Awesome, they are no longer a Donzi dealer, and I would not do business with them again, if anyone is considering it PM me first!!!!!
