Thunder on the Chesapeake Bay Poker Run !!

Well, not to brag but last year the Central Run for the CBPBA (ran by me
) had the same location, breakfast, lunch at Steamboat Landing, and a full dinner including hand carved steamship round, etc. We also had lots of big power and a turbine Skater and cool gifts for everyone.
200 bucks a boat.
But we are a not-for- profit.
I will reserve my comments about the other "pricey" run-but I haven't seen anything on it this year
No doubt, the Thunder run is gonna be sweeeet!

Ted. I want to go on one of the CBPBA runs. Here alot of good things about them!
About the "other" pricey run , we are talking about the one that just went off right? A great run, went on it in '99 and "01. Was impressed with the amount and quality of the hardware but that's it.
See you at the run!!!

Don't forget about the 1st week in August Poker Run at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay! It's cheap ($150) with several thousand dollars of prizes, runs over 100 miles with over 70 boats and includes an Atlantic Ocean leg to Rudee Inlet! Best of all it's for charity, the St. Judes Children's Hospital! The Fountain factory is bringing some toys and PowerQuest boats has also indicated their participation just to name a few.

No, I was talking about the BMC run last year. All I heard was b1tching about the food, setup, drinks, etc. I heard today that it has been cancelled for this year.
I heard nothing but good about the Thunder Run so I am looking forward to it. You should try a CBPBA run, once you meet all the good people we have in the club, you'll be hooked
Hope to see you there, I'll be on this boat:
