I concede, your pension package is WAY better.
We do get free family health and dental for life. Only paying in 8% for that plan is a great deal. We're at 13%, which we don't pay after we retire. We can also "boost" our final amt pretty easily. Its based on the highest consecutive 12 months of our last 3 years. For 12 months, take all the OT you can get
