Mike, Intrepids are good stuff and pretty efficient, I'd be very surprised if they tended to be slower than Contenders Hey, aren't you getting pretty close to your hull layup date ? Are they still on schedule with the move ? I haven't talked to Susan or Louis for a month.

Frequent, nothing but nothing takes the place of six feet when it gets rough, and I'm no Donzi fan.

Has anybody seen or rode in a Glasstream 28 ft. center console made in Panama City FL.? The dealer says it will go over 80mph with 2 250 mercs. The picture shows a big step. I wonder how good the ride would be in the rough?

Has anyone looked at the 35 Marlago by Jefferson Yatchs? I stopped in Key Largo last week to look at one and was very impressed with the layout of the boat. Dealer said 52 mph w/225's 4stokes, boat was self bailing, had bolsters, had a rear seat that could be removed, the backs of the rear seats could be removed for access to the live well and bit prep. Head and shower under the console, small cuddy. stainless grab rails everywhere. The set up included triple axle trailer, t-top with a beautiful fiberglass hardtop, two fish boxes and out riggers for $134K.
How does this price compare to the Concepts?
Heres a pic

Brad-The Marlago is a very nice and well built boat, but lacks the speed and/or looks of the concept. For pure fishing I think it is a great boat. My buddy has one with twin 250 Yammies and it eats up rough water, but only at 50 MPH.

Check out this Concept I found on Boattrader. If only I could sell that Powerquest of mine!
