Thumbs up Mid Bay Marina

I kept my boat there for a few days over spring break. The best marina service that I have ever received. They have the worlds largest dry stack truck. It's tires are the ones used by 747's and C-9's. Awesome machine.

I was there this past weekend and boated with a few guys and did the Destin Harbor thing and Crab island. met Some really nice people. Any flavor you would want are out there running around the area...A.T... Fountains..Spectre..Sonic..Pantera..Powerquest and more.! New stack'em marina at the Ft. Walton(Brooks Bridge) and the one at the Mid-Bay bridge in Destin are both worth visiting. Thanks again to the guys for a great time this past Sunday.!!!

I will be going down to that area the last week in July. Does anyone know if they have the capability to lift a 26' American offshore off the trailer and put it in the water? I don't want to get my trailer in the salt!!

See my remarks above regarding 747 tires.....

Yes, they will strap it off and put in on a rack. When you come back in they will wash down your hull below the rub rail and flush the engine and outdrive.

May be a dumb question...but I assume they can lift a cat with that thing?

Awesome!

These guys were so good I practically threw money at them. When I came in for the first time they told me to drop the trailer where it was. They took the boat off and put it on their transient racks. Every time we came to use the boat they had it in the water within 5 minutes of our arrival. They pulled the boat out immediately upon our return. When I called to tell them I was coming to get the boat they put it on my trailer and had it waiting for me. All I had to do was hook up the trailer, sign my bill and put a hefty tip in the tip jar.

I'm not sure how they will handle a cat hull, so I would give them a call. The transient racks I saw are spring loaded to conform to vee hulls.

I know the guy from this past weekend with the 30' Spectre keeps his boat at the new stack rack in Ft Walton at the Brooks Bridge and LOVES their service and the way they treat his cat and do his special flush jobs.
