Lightbulb Yes guilty as charged!

I towed this boat with a 1 ton high top conversion van v10 with every bell and whisle available. This was the best for long trips to FL. I also towed it with my work truck: 1 ton PSD another van with no bells and whisles.( just highly specialized landlord tools: duct tape, drywall screws, and a plunger.) When I want to look cool, I use my F350 crew cab PSD 4x4 long box dually baby. You might have seen it being pulled by a F350 dually with a crazy waving flag picture painted all over the pick-up truck. That was boatme, he had my boat for a month or 2. He quickly washed the boat and removed all of the empty beer cans before returning it to me.

Does this answer the question?

Mark

Hey GLH, you need air bags, that tongue looks awful low. They are really easy to install, took me an hour and a half, and work better than a sway bar, which we don't have unless you installed one. That is one hell of a boat, I bet your having a riot with it, when is it going to warm up???

Here is another shot. This shows how much the rear can be lifted. This was 60psi, it goes to 100.

We are going to be over rated on our current tow vehicle but boat is only a mile from ramp. I am interested in the air bag systems you guys are putting in. Who's are you using, Airlift??

I have AirLift 1000s on my Avalanche 2500. Had them on my Tahoe too. VERY happy with them.

Troutly uses Firestone Ride-Rights. This is his second set as well.

Consider going to a weight-distributing hitch for legality. I am going to buy one. Thunder32 has the hookup from some Mom & Pop hitch place in the Carolinas.
