Damn if I knew you were bringing all those women I would have dragged my sorry ass out there Saturday. Sorry I missed it but had some stuff that had to be done. Today was another great day and made it to the pits and then down to the Chickahominy to raft with a group. A little burned and tired but man what a beautiful day today 88* sunny and boats blasting down the river.

Yep, what a blast. Bryan, you look like your typical perverted self in that picture. Hell, we get to do it all over again next weekend for the 4th!!

I was beat by the time I got back to the "pits" Sunday. Sat on a friend's 'toon boat and chilled until time to get trailered.

See you Friday night.

Sorry we missed out on the fun at the pits. I hadn't put any miles on the boat, so we rode down to Chippokes and then to Kings Mill for some lunch. You guys passed us just before the power lines, heading back down river. looking forward to seeing everyone at Tidewater this weekend. we should be pulling in sometime around mid afternoon.

Steve, when did you leave Marina Shores yesterday mornin? I presume you motivated before we splashed 'cause we were looking for you. The Bay was awesome yesterday. We ran across to the Eastern Shore and hung out on a sandbar in front of the Sunset Hotel and Tiki Bar.

Gizmo et al, looking forward to Tidewater and the fireworks friday night. Pray that TS Bill does not crash our party!!

Me preverted! LOL
Just wait until next weekend, we had a blast, and we too were exhausted.

I left Marina Shores about 9:30?? I had to get back - Suzi wanted me to help her get her jet ski launched. After she "allowed" me to run down with you all, I didn't want to push my luck...

Steve,
What is so hard about launching a jet ski?

Open gas cap.
Stuff in flammable soaked rag.
Lite.
RUN!!

(Just kidding, they have their place.)

No problem Steve, we left Marina Shores at 11 in Macklin's rig, the Donzi rested and so did we!

You should slide down to Coinjock Saturday, it will be fun, I promise! We have the cabin and you are of course welcome to use it.
I waxed the boat all day and changed fluids, we are "now" ready for NC then 1000 Islands NY.

I enjoyed the run up and thanks Nauti for the foresight to bring a camera. For some of us that day lasted up past the midnight hour at Surf-Riders and on the dock. It was good to finally burn out the winter gas....

We'll have to see about Coinjock. We don't have a room, or AC on the boat, and I don't cherish the thought of sleeping on the Intracoastal in the boat (hot & mosquitos!). In any case, we'll see you all Friday night.
