YEAH BABY!! That's one gorgeous boat! It's leaving in a day or two, to come home.

Have a blast with it and keep the pics comin':p |
Very nice Stan. Welcome to the club:D Any speeds to report with the 525's? That thing should really kick.:D

Speeds are top Secret information at this time.:D Actually we will be running the boat again today to see what kind of speeds we will get. Our first run is always our shake down to just ensure all systems are go.
Here is another picture..... |
Stunning! Absolutely STUNNING! Best of luck with it.
|
They're getting mid 80's with 500 hps. I would think they should do a little better with the 525'2

We will be happy with 85-86 mph out of the gates. This is where I think we will run, but we shall see. Gotta love those stock, reliable 525's....
|
Very nice colors and what a sweet sound it must make.
|
It looks awesome! For some reason I had thought that the paint was carried onto the dash and had to do a double take with the new photos. I like the clean dash and those gauges are way cool. That is just one incredible paint job and the whole boat looks fantastic.
Dan, are you sure you're not a little low on the speeds? Some guys have reported those speeds with the 500s and regular bravo 1s. You may yet break 90mph. Either way, Stan is going to be the envy of everyone who sees that machine. Nice job. |
Absolutely beautiful.
|
Miller,
Thanks, the boat came out great and we are real proud of it. You are correct that some boats are posting those speeds with 500's and bravo 1's. The biggest difference is that this boat is much heavier than the older model boats. We added corian countertops, AC, fresh water, water tanks, full cabin liner etc so it slows the boat down a bit. I think that those speeds are pretty realistic. If they are higher, great. If not mid 80's on stock 525's in a floating condomimuim is great. We are seeing 84 -86 mph in the new boats with 500's once the motors are broken in and loosen up a bit. We will be happy to see mid 80's out of the box, real speeds. We will keep you posted after we do some testing.;) :D |
Sweet-Azz-Sweet!!
Lotsa Luck with Her!! :D |
Super nice, looks awsome:D :D

You AT guys keep doing better and better. That boat is a work of art. Congratulations on another job well done!
|
Fred, don't get me wrong I think a true 85mph with the level of luxury and amenities on Stan's boat is unfrickinbelievably great. Dan and I have had this talk off line a couple of times and I know that he has reports of some of the new millenium boats running that speed with some break-in time as he has said, on stock 500s. So, they may see an even higher, even more impressive speed when all is said and done (though 85mph is IMPRESSIVE AS HELL WITH THE GOODIES ON THAT THING)! So, I'm just egging them on to see if they are shooting for a higher number...which I think they might be! :D:D

Wow ,nice ride ! Good luck with it !

Top Speed?? on my ACTIVE THUNDER
Thankyou all for your kind words!! I am really excited!! I guarantee you all that i will be doing a lot of testing with different props. That's the fun part! I'm not a golfer. don't play tennis or hang out at the bars, so my thing is boating! Right now, i don't care what speeds it's getting, just send it to me!!
I'VE BEEN WAITING A LONG TIME FOR THIS!! I have used up all of my patience!! My waiting has nothing to do with Active Thunder or Pat. It's a long story of stupid mistakes i have made! Live and learn. Stan |
Stan congrats, now I can see the port side, it flows great with the deck and the other side, I especially like sunpad. I predict 85.9 on gps and once broken in 86.5-87.
Dan, question for ya, who's boat is next to Stans, that looks great also, looks like that one might be finished as well, show us some more pics, YOU GUYS ARE DOING A GREAT JOB:D |
Jassman,
Very observant. That is another 37 AVH with twin 525's that is completed and waiting to go to the water. Hopefully when the rain stops we will have some pictures to post of that boat as well. I will post some pictures hopefully tonight on a different thread, do not want to steal Stan's Thunder.;) :D |
Is that the All Pro Marine boat?
|
Stan , your boat looks incredible! Now that Todd and yourself have AT's on the west coast I'm sure more orders are to come. It's great to see Pat and the AT group doing soo well. If you look at boats from 37-38' there isn't anything that compares for the $$! My opinion. Best of Luck!
Hugh |
Stan,
Best of luck with your new boat. Give me a call next time your in town, we'll go have some dinner. Eric |
Thanks Dan, are any of these new boats cabin different in colors and ammeneties. thanks:D

Thanks for the compliments. Stan |

Thanks Catman:D

Beautiful boat!!
One question - what did you do to the cockpit floor? - from the pictures it looks like small squares, kind of like ceramic tile. Is this in the mold or just in the picture? Just looked different to me and was curious. |
Too Old thanks also, I'll download that.
Bouyhunter, that is Pirelli flooring. |
