Be careful out there big boy...you might loose more than a prop. We were wondering how a 55 gal drum got in the harbor at Rivertown till we got close enough to see it was a TREE. There is some very big chit out there and you know how they like those cig's!!! We flew over the river upstream today and there is more on the way. Strong current, gotta be running around 8 knots.

Thanks for the update Dano. I just looked at the river level....35.9 feet. That is huge, plus I ate dinner on the river Fri night and it was just FLYING!! I could not beleive it. I bet you are not far off on your 8 knot guess.

The river is out...anyone know anything about Indian Lake?

Brookville and Ceasars Creek are old hat...

Team....how can I turn down a an offer like that....

We are pulling out at noon today and going somewhere...especially after wrenching on Ittlfli's boat yesterday from about 1pm to 11pm....with not 1 BUT 2 motor swaps!!!

Allan,

Thanks for all the help on changing the motor sat!

We put the darn motor in and were ready for the big moment when the beast was ready to breathe fire and hit the starter. The started was not catching the ring gear! Pulled the starter and felt the fly wheel. The ring gear was on the rear side of the fly wheel instead of the front!! So....out came the motor and changed the ring gear on the flywheel(in the dark)!! Finally at 10:30 pm I hit the key and the 500HP came to life!!

Good to see you guys got it done. See you at the Poker Run this weekend, looks like the river is going to calm down.

It is at 32 feet as I type....12:21am Tues Morning. It is forecasted to be at 28 feet, beleive it or not, for Wed eve. I am planning to go if I can.

No rain forecasted, river should be clean for the Poker Run. Looks like a GO!!

The party is always fun anyways.....HeHeHe......
