And LOTO's not Key West . Grand is waay better for boating. The cop's aren't asses and it's not a 2 lane highway like LOTO.

Cig,

No offense, but I've had 10 times for trouble with the law being anal at Grand than I could ever think about having at LOTO.

Not to mention, the nightlife is a million times better.

Yeah the boat nazi's hate Arkansawyers.

You are right though, the night life is better at LOTO. You should load up and come on over for the run.

No offense taken.
I think you might have been a bit unlucky at Grand. The patrol on Grand is gone by 10:00pm whereas on LOTO they multiply. There is no noise law on Grand to get hassled about. The GRDA patrolmen aren't the state police like in Missouri. All the GRDA wants is your colored sticker saying you paid your registration and everything else goes.

The 2 can't be compared because they are apples to oranges. They are still just local bar's with bands, LOTO just has more of them.

Talking about stickers. Does anyone know when the tag agentcies are going to get them in? I dont want to get pulled over and let that be GRDA's excuse.

They can't do anything to you until the stickers become available. That is what the GRDA told us. I don't know when the new ones will be available.

Since I'm going to LOTO next week, I called Grove Tag agency last Thursaday and asked - They said another 4 weeks. All surrounding states have been notified of the problem and been sure to take your registation with you if you do leave the state with your boat.

But, it well give the LOTO patrol a reason to stop and ask anyway.

I would like to know how the Oklahoma Tax Commission can not find a better sub-contractor than to be two months late in making stickers? Is it that hard to do? We have not changed the stickers in years, other than color. WTF would they do if we decided to be two months late with our taxes?

GRDA said that a new company was used to make the stickers this year. They screwed up the first batch and had to reorder new ones. They are morons
