What kind of application (boat/motor) have you installed this part in? How difficult is the install (drilling/tapping)? By how much have you lowered your water pressure?

I have been battling a WP issue in my 32 Fever 502's for some time. Thanks for the post.

Default Relief Valves

the valves are in 540/500 bulldogs. My pressure gauges were pegged at 35 psi so I really don't know high high the pressure was. Now I max out at 25 psi. I put thru hulls on the side to dump the water.

Default Valves

Approx $100. each. Merc continued to deny that there was a high pressure problem. They just came out with these about a year ago.....wonder why ?
