My specific experience is with the "Speedcoat" product, not any of the other products you all have mentioned. I cannot make any claims to speed increases, but I will say that it keeps my hull cleaner. I have some left over from the first application in summer-2001, and I'll be putting it on my hull this spring.

I also applied speedcoat to the bottom and found a 0 mph gain.
It was an awful lot of work to apply due to me having to jack my boat off of the trailer. The only thing I can say is that it went on and off the trailer easier after I applied it. I would never buy it again.
