In light of all said above, sell cheap and write it off, especially if it's paid for. You're at least losing money making insurance payments I presume. I just finally unloaded my second boat after two years at a loss just to unload before winter crept in....

i agree...but i thought 100k was but ass cheeeeep. and that's at a serious loss. maybe people want a bigger boat in that price range and don't care about performance or reliability as much??
if i didn't NEED to $$ right now i would put it in storage for a few years while i'm racing or come up with more time to run it.

I bit the bullet and sold my 2001 Activator yesterday for $45,000. Sometimes when you can use the money for something more important you just gotta say F#ck it! Good luck and safe racing.

I really wish I was in a better position to jump on this deal. Planning on building a new house in the Spring, so I gotta restrain myself and look at the long term.
I can't believe you haven't sold it yet. I really hope you sell it soon. Its killing me every time I see the ads about it.
Good Luck. Some ones going to get a heck of a boat for the $$$$$$.

It is killing me also, I just finished a home and have no money left. I wish I had a deal like this the first time, I would have never sold it like the POS Crossbow I was stuck with. Can you say Mash Potato stringers?
