Man what a boat! In 2001 I drove a 30 ft Canopied Phantom w/ a 700 hp engine - I can't imagine your beast with that big motor in it. That's got to be a blast - Congrats again! BH

Yeah, any of that can be done, we built this boat to chase the cats, so we wanted it as safe as possible, but the interior can be configured anyway you want.

Maybe next year, canopy and a quad rotor. The boat still isn't scary.

Cat, now the same boats run in Super Vee lite.

Phantom got delisted from the factory homologation list for a few years. His new Super V is the first new Phantom to see the APBA series in a while.

Maybe not in F1, but I've never seen or built a single engine vee that handles better at 100+. This boat is at home at 110+, and with some more dialing in should easily see 115+, as we are only running 4 lbs of boost right now.
I've run this boat at 100MPH at 4800RPM for about fifteen miles, it is too easy to drive.

Thumbs up Damn!

It sounds like you have hit the right combination. Will's boats are bulletproof and easy to drive. Keep us posted on where you end up with that beast.

I wish that I had not gone with the #5 after reading your post.

Phantom 1, give me the specs on your boat. We almost went w/ the #5, but we do so much with IMCO, that we really wanted to help push the SC, and it has worked flawlessy.
