Dwight you shouldn't have a problem getting in. We are going the first week in August thats Harbor Days and very hard to get in! I rented a condo for the first three days so I dont have to jump through hoops to get a slip.I'll day boat until Monday the 4th then get a slip for the rest of the week after it calms down around there. Ever eat at Pearls? Cajun food thats Great!!!!Have a Bloody Mary for me! I think we will be in White Lake if the weather is good. I need to replace the oil seals in my sea water pump before we leave on vacation so thats how I'll spend Saturday Am. Have a great time wish I were going with you!

Well Don we ckd today for slips from Ludington to Petoskey and they are full. One place was not but it was the last one in the area so I will expect they will be full before tommorrow.
We are going to Muskegon instead and are going to stay at Harbor Town. We will be there Friday night and Saturday night. Give me a call if you are in the area 517-202-5248. We will have 2 other boats with us and maybe we could all go to White lake. Have not been there in a few years. Dwight

dwight remember that most of the ports north of ludington are ports of refuge they cant turn you away! you might end up on the wall but thats not so bad. I'm going to rebuild a sewater pump in the am Saturday so I'll be at Great Lakes if I get done on time I'll give you a call.

The family and I are heading up on Friday for 9 days of boating north of the 45th parallel cant wait ! I rented a condo on the bay north of Elk Rapids for next weekend then it the boat after that I'll see if I can make it to St. Ignace some time during the week weather permitting!
Thanks again
