Default What happen here?

I just got this picture from one of my cooking team partner. All of the rest of the pictures have been around for awhile but I am not sure what happen here. I say the plane was coming in for landing & engine decided to part company.

Was the husband of a unfaithful wife customizing her boyfriends plane;I Believe thats how it went Chainsaw was tool of choice..
