I've checked just about every supplier and can't find these thermostat housings (waternecks) anywhere. Who makes them?

Thanks Phantom. Tried them already, and just about every other manufacturer/company who advertises here. StainlessMarine was actually the first place I looked, also sent them a picture of it.

Thanks racesdad, been there, done that. 
I did find a distributor who "supposedly" carries it, but they won't tell me who the manufacturer is. Can't log into their site without an account.
