Lake Erie this weekend
 

We are heading to Lake Erie today, so if you see myself (24 Outlaw with race decals on it...P5-48 is the #) or Itllfli (all white 26 AO) or Birddog (31 all white BUllet...if he goes).....flag us down.

We don't have any plans, just want to put some hours on the boats. We are staying in Port Clinton.

My lawn is either concrete or under evergreen trees, boaters should not even have a lawnmower, LOL.

Is the sand bar kid friendly? What is the best approach (north, east, or south) I assume west is a bad idea!!!

My slip # is 823. Last pier on the south end of the marina I would encourage anyone to stop by and say hi if you are in the area.

absolutely, lots of family activity. Head towards cedar point then go south through the channel in towards Johnson's island stay port of the cement towers in the channel then hang a right before johnson's island. look to your right and you'll see all the boats.

Ive never been to Toledo by boat, so I have no idea what marinas are like up that way.

Cedar point Marina is where I dock at. I live in Toledo (Perrysburg) it is a 1 hour drive that is worth it in my eyes. I do miss out on some of the club activities (LEOPA) but have a great place to boat and have a lot of friends to boat with in the island area. We are going to Leamington next weekend for the Tomato festival:rolleyes: hey at least its a great boat trip!:D

We used to come up to Perrysburg to a hotel that has a nice indoor/outdoor pool, putt putt golf, arcade, etc. I loved doing that as a kid in the winter time and swimming outside when it was snowing. Do you know which hotel Im talking about?
