O/T Thread reply notification

How come when someone replies to a thread I don't get that notification e-mail anymore? I always did up until yesterday.

have you checked the Edit Options on your account lately? If not, make sure the "email notification" is marked "yes"

Mine stopped weeks ago and I did check the options panel and it's set to yes.... not sure whats going on.....
