Thanks Cuda. They do have a nice marina and still have availability, but it's pretty far north of all the "happenings."
It's a last resort, I guess.

It's 1.75 a foot per day. They say it's about 1/4 mile from the Hyatt, but Mapquest says 0.78 miles.
