Default Marine Skin Bottom Speed Paint?

Is anybody familiar with this product. According to the manufaturer, it creates a hydrophobic surface that increases speed, while working as an effective anti-fouling paint. Sounds good... but does it work?

No faster than any other wax on the bottom.
Also does not stop scum line. Save your $.
