In the countries where it is real cheap do they sell the high octane fuels or just the low grade? I just don't seem them needing 93 Octane in Egypt?

just checked the gas prices here in Norway. 5 us $ and 34 cent. for a us gallon of gas. that why most powerboats up in europe is diesel powered. The boat diesel is 2 us$ 81 cent for a us gallon. So now you probably understand why most of the powerboat are diesel powered up north. Kjetil Johansen Norway. By the way this summer I have put 89hours on my baby before I took her up. But of course I have a diesel engine in my boat. If not I would have been really broke by now...... |

In Curacao, an island off the coast of venezuela. It runs about 4 bucks a gallon. "regular" is 92 octane...super is 95 octane. And the largest employer is a refinery! The refine a lot of oil from Venezuela. I think I did the math correct.. its $1.56 a litre, and the exchange rate is $1 US = $1.75 Guilders.
