bm.exe is a different virus that is set through email attachmetnts just as bad though.

As Baja says, appy the patch from Microsoft as well as updating your virus program. The virus program you are using (Norton, McAfee, etc.) may stop/clean this particular virus for the time being, but does not fix the hole in the OS and others will follow. You can bet hackers are deligently working on new viruses to exploit this hole in the OS for those who do not apply the MS patch...

I had it too. It was a pain to get FixBlast downloaded too. Computer kept rebooting.

What I don't get though, was before I knew what happened, Norton picked up that there was a virus, but when I scanned for a virus it came up nothing found.
