guys this run is the most organized one i have been too! also unlike other runs every body runs together. the water is great. boats from 20 ft to 50 every one can make this run easy. big flat 3 mile wide 10 mile long straight aways. and yes the water after downtown is 75% fresh. see you all there james 33 scarab avs.

scarabj,

Are you going to have those 800's in the boat or are you going to be a barnacle?

Well maybe i will more than likely be carbed with no blowers it looks like it will cut it to close for the efi. but does it really matter with a big gun like a 155+ 36 nor tec coming and all the other big guns i will be in the middle of the pack. oh yea i forgot its not a race!!??

Guys,

I come to an event like this to enjoy myself.

Last year there were five of us that layed back an ran together all day. We made the long run all the way down.

There was 26 Velocity, 31 Cig, 35 Cig, 38 Scarab and my 36 Baja.

We were the very last group to the crab shack for lunch and the last group back to the marina.

Just a nice 55 to 60 MPH run down and back and we had a BLAST!

The big fast guys are exiting, but let them go and just enjoy your self.

This is a very well run organized event and all those that attend will have a great time.

Come on down and run with us slow guys!!

31 Cig = "Bullet Proof" out of Savannah

It is a great looking boat. He has actually done some paint improvements to it over the winter and it looks awesome.

But that was us. There is nothing like being on that river five to six wide at 70 MPH. It was really a great run on the way back.

See ya there.

Anyone have any info on how many boats have registered so far? And what is the cut off #.

The new and improved Thoroughbred is going to try to be there.
