The one thing to remember Troutly is that back then they ran standing up with no cockpit covers or O2 to breath. I agree, it is in the past but it still has it's place. Kind of like old time football. You have to understand the past to appreciate the current. My vote is all of the above as well. I could pass on the "stars". You can't buy yourself history or a reputation...ask Nick Carter.

I think this is the type of thing that people can relate to.

The original MSV 44 foot boat spawned the following boat companies.

MSV
Cobra
Banana
Coyote
Sonic

Each company proved itself in racing in rough water for hours at a time.
