Thats if it was a twin engine...add another $40K and don't forget to paint her pretty...another $15K.

Missing thoughts of.....
ROT, ROT and a whole lot more Rot in the transom, and stringers, and around fuel tank cabin floor and so on. Lots of mold in the cushions with rooton plywood. And a bunch of corroded wires, gauges. Usually, when the bulkheads get wet they try to expand, even though they are trapped with the hull, and delaminate or crack. It only has to get a little leak ONCE.
