Yeah, the nice thing is that most of the fools () we hang with are pretty knowledgable about the surrounding boats. We all just dig the hot chit.

Several people have asked what the 29 on the seats and hatch mean:

Is that your favorite stock car driver?

Showing a pic of the wife and I on the boat to our receptionist today, she asked: "Do you have a boat?"

People stare at the back of the transom and ask "How does it go?"

I tell them it uses a magnetic flux capacitor system. "You know, like on the sub in Hunt for Red October." That sends them away with a confused look on their face!

jpclear - about 75 on the trailer

lotoparty - Just pulled the boat back from St. Charles. I had Riverside Custom Upholstery do the covers and bimini. Fred is a meticulous craftsman. I would recommend him to anyone. One motor is finished running - 545 [email protected] rpm. The other one goes on the dyno in a few days. Then it's time to ruin a perfectly good transom. It's been setting since mid-June. I'm kinda growing fond of the clean look.

The welldigger must stay out of trouble so I can bring him again next year!
