I have to ship an Alpha drive from Massachusettes to California, and I am trying to figure out the best method. The best price I have so far is 300 bucks. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. It was sold through e-bay and the buyer pays shipping, but I want to make the hit as light as possible. Thanks guys

Look up www.forwardair.com I bought a TRS from a board member in Cali, shipped it to Boston for 100.00 
you have to drop it off at the terminal in Chelsea and the buyer has to pick it up also.
