I can see this threads taking a turn for the worse already. LOL.. Loto, just another thought. Too make matters even more difficult. There is a Scarab Panther for sale in the local boattrader here in Pittsburgh. You can probably find it online. It has twin blown big blocks and says it has recently been redone. Price was in the low 50's. Cant remember the year.

The Cig Bullet will handle the rough water better then any of the boat's you have listed. Like griff said you will have to run 500 hp to get 70 all the time. Unless you find a newer one with a notched transom, but they probably will not be in the range you want to spend.

Loto, If you liked your 288, you should take a hard look at the 32' Dominator. I don't think you would be disappointed. I am certainly pleased with mine. You may have seen it LOTO. The guy I bought from took it out there several times. You shouldn't have any trouble moving yours. Good Luck!!!!

You sure you wouldn't like to spend just a little more and move up to a 32' w/ t-500 hp's that'll run over 80 and handle the rough stuff at LOTO? A 1999 AT for around 90k. Hell of a deal!!
