Boy- I feel like a newbie for starting this thread- but it's good to be humble once in a while. You'd never now I've been powerboating for 10 yrs!

Unfortunately, we don't have the waterfront hotspots to dock at so it's pretty much put the boat on the lift (Must go front only on these lifts) and raft up with your friends. I guess I'll just have to practice now for when I go to Grand or Loto.

Of course he didn't.......he's a docking newbie and would be fine at LOTO. Probably pull straight into a slip.

Hey LOTOPARTY,

Grasp this concept. It was a canyon ya dope! Have you heard of the Colorado River? Have you heard of the Grand Canyon? Stumble your way out of the icey flatlands and head west and see how it all works! Add a dam, add some water, and you have a lake! (and power to send off and sell to SoCal at rediculous rates).

PhantomChaos, we back our boats into the dock on Lake Cumberland, it's no biggie once you get the hang of it - but holy #$%, the bows of those boats in your pics can't be six or seven feet apart. Sure doesn't leave much room to maneuver. Hats off to those drivers.

Hey guys take it easy on Havasu. If you notice in the "Rock Quarry )" pic mentioned above, they are also building some low income track housing on those rocks.
Let's try to be more sensitive to those less fortunate than us!
