That sort of thing is not that uncommon. If his references check out it sounds like a good deal. I know a guy who helped someone do that once. I do know it costs a fair amount of money to hire someone to do that.

this is really common i just dont know of anyone going of an add like that, my buddy has a 53 carver prob has 1.0 mil in it and paid a captain to take it from san fran area calif delta where we live to ensenada and he then flew down used the boat over winter there and then had the cap run it back this last april.
