Then i saw this one. it was 2 piers up from the Hooters Barge that sunk. They are dropping like flies around here!!! Must have been from Isabel.....this was my first ride past this area since the storm.

Looks like the Hooters are hanging a little low?

Does this mean they ar not considered "floaters"?
