My company has now blocked OSO on our firewall...probably had something to do with the fact that I had it up all day long...

Time to put my skills to work and figure out a way around this...until then, I won't be around much...

Talk to you guys soon...

Sean,

Try using the IP address. They may have just blocked the DNS name.

I work at the NASA engine test site in southern Mississippi. I went to the cubicle of a fairly new employee today and saw some 'sword-swallowing' action on his screen. In as friendly a manner as possible, I called him outside and confidentially told him about the numerous opportunities he had to lose his job. I later was sitting in a conference room next to his cubicle and noticed the reflection of his screen on a glass pane in the door... thankfully his screen saver was on.

In light of the recent court ruling on telemarketing and free speech, he probably has a good case for a 1st amendment lawsuit!

Kohldog: That IP trick won't work if it's a halfway decent firewall.

Sean:

Check out http://www.anonymizer.com ...

Or: VPN into your home computer (or wherever you have acces) where you run a proxy.

Agreed, but my hope was they just blocked the name in a proxy and not actually on the wall.
