Not sure of which 42 would be missing, could be a mix up on the 42 hull I purchased this year and supposedly had a lien on it through Pier 57 which they claim was outstanding and never made any attempts to reposess until the owner sold it to me. After cancelling the debt two years earlier when they were responsible for it sinking due to poor installation of drives. But they have recently obtained the boat since the debtor was not around to defend this sittuation.
